Maintaining a safe environment for our children is a top priority for our conference. All staff and volunteers working with children must complete a background check.

Sterling Volunteers (formerly Verified Volunteers) provides online training and screening for all staff and volunteers working with children in Adventist churches across North America.
Upon registering, there will be an online course lasting 40-60 minutes. This can be done all at once or you may save at any time and continue later. At the end of the course you will be allowed to enter your personal information and complete the screening portion. All training must be completed no more than one month after registering.
